Lisa responded quickly to our call to help locate a facility to admit mom with advanced Parkinson's. She has a wealth of information regarding elder care and is very professional and personable. I will recommend her services to all my friends and relatives!

Attended a long term care informational seminar that was packed with info. Then called on them regarding care. They gave me a name of an agency that has worked out well. Also attended a virtual conference that was very helpful. Thus far they have been attentive and very helpful when I needed them. Always easily available.

CayCare is the worst agency that I have ever worked with in my life. I don't know how they are highly regarded anywhere at all anywhere. They offer a free service to families to place aging parents without concerns for their needs and then leave you high and dry. They write phoney nurse assessment to get the patient into the AFH and get their payments from the facility and don't care what happened after that to your family members. This happened to my mother and I during the worst time of our lives. A placement was lost because of the phony nursing assessment after I paid a 1000 dollar deposit which thankfully I got back. CayCare caused me and my mother so much problem and devastation it is hard to put it in to words. I would never romcom this agency to anyone at all. You are much better off doing your own research and planning yourself.

My sister was in need of an adult home because of a blood infection she was paralyzed from her waist down and needed a lot of care. Chris worked intensely to find the right home. She even was in contact with me during a break she and her husband had taken! Through Chris' efforts, she is now in a loving, caring home. My sister has bonded with the owner and her staff. Thank you Chris for all you did for us. Without you, I don't know what we would have done.
