I have personally dealt with the staff at Enriched Life.  I would like to say that they are professional and compassionate and the best choice for care for you or your loved one.  I know they carefully select their caregivers and tailor their services to meet you or your love one's needs by a personal assessment.  I appreciate that they run their business for a Christian perspective and would give them a strong reccomendation!

I am happy to recommend Enriched Life Home Care Services. Their dependable and personal service has been very helpful for figuring out the additional care I need to help my parents, who are dealing with health issues that limit their independence. They have suggested solutions that fit within my budget and have been very professional and reliable in all of our interactions.

Be careful if you work for this company. There only concern is money even over the patient. When your only in it for the money you fail, especially dealing with people. You really have to care for your workers and your clients not just $.

Not a good place to work. Cheap pay, no opportunity to advance. Owners are kinda crooked, beware. They come off as nice but don't be fooled.

My family and I found the staff and management to be a real breath of fresh air after having experienced care from another company. The difference has been truly remarkable from the hands-on approach from the Case Managers to the professionalism on the staff. I highly recommend Enriched Life Home Care and have even done so recently.

As a hospice medical social worker, I worked with many persons with dementia and their families. For those who are in the later stages of this journey, the desire is to be at home can be accomplished by having a home care company who focuses on being the best in providing quality of life and comfort.

Enriched Life Home Care Services has brought our family peace and comfort with their care and support
that they have provided to our parents. We our very protective of our parents and we have a very
close family so having a group like Enriched Life Home Care Services who has 24/7 availability anytime
we need them or have questions is something very important to us and our family. We have had all of
our questions answered and even have some resources shared with us that we would not have known
to ask about. The staff who has been helping our parents are very professional and caring towards them that we consider them part of the family. When you go through something like this and you don't
really know what to expect it can be overwhelming at times, but they have been outstanding in
easing all of our anxieties and concerns over this transition. If anyone finds that they are in a similar

I have been an employee of Enriched Life Home Care for over 4 years and can say that the company has been like a second family to me. I have never seen a home care company that values their employees the way they do.

It has been a great experience working here and to see how much they care for the families and clients that we care for. I am very thankful for how appreciative and supportive they are of us as staff whenever we have a question or when we need them they are right there.

Another really refreshing thing about working for Enriched Life is that they are extremely involved with each of the families and clients that they care for and Case Managers are always stopping in to visit and monitor the care and comfort of the clients. I have worked at several different companies over the years and when I started working here it was very clear and evident that this is not like other places that they truly care about each and every employee and family like they are family too.

Last year my mom fell and broke her pelvis. Hospital time, nursing home/rehab facility was not an option for a 91 year old person who was self-sufficient with an active lifestyle. We got in touch with Enriched Life Home Care, and they came to our rescue with a home evaluation. The caregiver they selected for for my mother was kind and caring, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. The staff of Enriched Life treated us like family, going above and beyond when we needed help.

We found Enriched Life Home Care to be very refreshing and professional when caring for our grandmother. After experiencing another company and how they operated we were extremely disappointed with always sending different people to care for her. This was very upsetting and not what we were told how things would be done. With Enriched Life they always were accessible to our family and they always had a consistent schedule and we did not have multiple new people sent to her home which was very important to her. There are many great things that could be said but if you really want care and compassion I would highly recommend Enriched Life!

As a worker, you get steady patients but the pay sucks.

I have not yet reached the point of needing in home care.....but I am very happy to know that a company such as Enriched Life Homecare is out their providing a  high quality and compassionate service  that will step up and assist me at a moments notice.....I have personally seen and talked with some of the staff and their knowledge and sincereity impressed me and assured me that if and when I or a loved one ever needed help.....Enriched Life would answer the call.....

We found Enriched Life Home Care Services through a referral at a critical time in our lives and in our mother's life. When we reached out to them on short notice and in desperation they spoke with us and gave us such a comfort that everything would be ok that it instantly gave us a sense of calm and peace. We did not know what we were going to do on a holiday weekend late into the day on a Friday. Our mother was being discharged from the hospital to our home and we had no prior notice or warning that she was being discharged and we had nothing prepared for her when she arrived by ambulance. The staff at Enriched Life Home Care were there to meet us and our mother when she arrived back at
the home and immediately brought us all comfort with their support. Our mother is a very strong
minded person and is not always to easy to help and the staff was tremendous in respecting her as a
person and also being able to work with her to achieve her goals of returning to independence. We
cannot say enough good things about Enriched Life Home Care Services and their caregivers. We don't
know what would have happened if they weren't there for our mother and for us. Thank you all very much!

It has been a very positive and refreshing experience working for Enriched Life Home Care. Having been in the field for over 10 years I have seen a lot of companies and how they run things. When I started here it was apparent from day one that they not only care deeply about their clients, but also about all the staff. I highly recommend!

We have received care for our mother from Enriched Life for almost five years.  The staffing was consistent, caring, capable and compassionate.  We often relied on their assessment and evaluations.  The directors were available 24/7 and I often wondered how they could be so personally involved, as if we were the only client.  They ALWAYS went the extra mile, never just "did their job".  The care was excellent!  My mother rarely had skin issues but when she did, diligence was rewarded with healing, even of a serious ankle ulcer!  Every person involved was creative in solving problems.  They were cooperative in taking our suggestions, and offered their own ideas as well. Not only were the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs  addressed, but the house was kept clean, excellent meals were prepared, and laundry was done.  Our desire was to keep our mother in her own home as she wished, even when she could do nothing for herself.  Enriched Life made it possible for us to meet this goal in very loving ways providing superior care.  Our mother was not just a client, but a loved friend. 

I have been a nurse in various areas, including a retirement community.  I have never worked with a better agency.

Our Aunt is a very active person who has been all over the world. A few years ago she found out that
she was no longer able to drive but is a very healthy person otherwise. This has been extremely
difficult on her and us as a family. We do not live near her and she has no other family around that
can be there when she needs to go to a doctors appointment or grocery shopping or just to go out
to a movie or lunch. We had someone that was helping her but that did not last long and we knew that
we needed to find a solution for her and quick. We contacted her church and we were highly
recommended to call Enriched Life Home Care Services for help. When we spoke with them they
came out to meet with us and the family and we instantly felt at ease with them as they answered all of our questions and helped us with other things that our Aunt needed as well. They have become a big part of our lives and our Aunts and you can tell that this is so much more to them than a job it is
a passion. Thanks to them our Aunt can continue with her busy schedule and all of her social
commitments and feels like she has a new best friend.

Very good company! Very compassionate to the clients needs... very understanding....

Our father who has Alzheimer's disease was always resistant to us and our children (his grandchildren)
helping or assisting him with daily things like bathing, grocery shopping, cleaning, and errands. We were getting to the point where if we tried helping or asked if there was anything we could do such as making sure his medications were being properly taken we would get really angry and it would turn into an argument with one or all of us. We would talk to his doctors about new ways of trying to help him so that it would not cause him to get so upset and finally we decided that we needed professional help. We referred to Enriched Life Home Care Services and it was one of the best decisions that we made as a family not only for our father but for all of us. We needed to have someone who was able to help educate us and help our father and they were the one's who could do it. After the first week with them we started noticing that our father was in a better mood and more comforted than before. It was nice for us to be able to have a family feeling again than having to act as a caregiver for our father. The team at Enriched Life Home Care Services has been wonderful working with us and keeping us informed on all of his care and in helping us to have a better understanding of what he is going through so that we can better handle different situations when they arise.

My elderly sister is getting up in age, so I called Enriched Life to see what my options were to get in home care and they were quick, informative, and gave me some great options for her, and because of their professionalism I feel at a piece of mind choosing this service for my sister.

I would highly recommend Enriched Life Home Care to anyone including my friends and family.  They are an extremely devoted and professional team dedicated to the care and continued wellness of your loved one.  A few years ago we had to seek assistance for my (very independent but) elderly mother in law who had taken a hard fall and broke her pelvis.  She received the kind of care from Lance and his team that can only be described as exceptional. The well trained staff are highly qualified to handle any need.

This is a great company ran by very caring Christian people.. honest and loving..  I highly recommend them for any home health care need!

Need to be more thoughtful with employees. After all we play a big part in making a company. When my patient died and I was without work. They had me come in the office and sign a very false  document, that they typed up. They stated that I quit for other employment and I only had a short staffing on call type of job. The letter was written way above my intelligence level and totally not understandable . I talked with an attorney and he said the company is just trying block my unemployment. Believe me I don't want to stay on unemployment. However, in this situation I have to make do until other opportunities come along, got no choice.

We have been taking care of our sister for the past several years after she was diagnosed with MS. We have been through an awful ordeal with her since she was first diagnosed and have been her primary caregiver. There came a point when my wife started having some of her own health issues and caring for our sister started to become too much for us to handle. We never have had any outside assistance for her and we were always concerned about the level of care she would receive if we didn't do it ourselves. Then on one Sunday we were talking with our Pastor after church and he asked us if we ever considered giving ourselves a break so that my wife could start to recover from her illness and we said we had talked about it but never really seriously. Then he suggested we call Enriched Life Home Care and tell them what is going on. We were impressed when they said that they would meet with us at our home or at their offices and that they do not charge for meeting with families to see how they can help.
After that first meeting with them they really gave us good insight into how they could help us and our
sister. Their staff was so kind and patient with my wife and I and what we have been dealing with that
we decided to do a trial with them to see how we all would like it. After the first couple of weeks we
found it really helped our sister and my wife by giving her a break that we continue to have them today.

They have been taking wonderful care of our family friends. Excellent care

Enriched Life is a five star plus many more. I have experienced their commitment, enthusiasm and caring staff for 7 years as a program manager for two senior centers in our area. They go above and beyond and are a pleasure to work with.  I would highly recommend their services (and do) without hesitation.

I have been with Enriched Life Home Care Services for just over a year now. I live in an assisted living facility and enjoy being able to come and go when I want to. I am not able to drive anymore and they help me to be able to continue doing the things I like to do. One of my favorite things to do is explore new restaurants and venues for dining. Being in a assisted living facility they do not take us out
individually only as a group. When I met with Enriched Life Home Care Services they allowed me to
make my own schedule and meet with the staff that would be helping me to make sure that I approved
of the caregiver before they scheduled them. I can say that after trying several different companies
the team at Enriched Life Home Care Services does it right and I enjoy the friendship I have made with
my caregiver and all of our conversations!

As parents to a child who has a disability you realize how vulnerable they are and that you are as
parents. Our son has special needs and requires a lot of care and patience. When we started to seek
out assistance for him we tried a couple of options that just did not meet our level of expectations. Then my wife was given the name Enriched Life Home Care Services to call and so we set-up an
appointment to meet with them. When they came out to our house we did not really have high
expectations since the last couple of times we had some help it was not the quality we had hoped
 for. So we had low expectations this time. From the start the group at Enriched Life Home Care Services was professional, caring, patient, and compassionate to our son and to us. They really understood what our family was going through and wanted to do whatever they could to help comfort our son and us. Their caregivers had great experience dealing with our son's disability and they also understood what my wife and I were going through as parents. They've become an important part of all of our lives and most importantly our sons. When his caregiver comes into his room when she gets to the house he lights up when he sees her. As a parent this is the greatest gift being able to know that your child is being cared for and loved in a way that brings you comfort. We are so grateful for Enriched Life Home Care and their staff and highly recommend them for your family.

As far as being an employee for this company pay is little and be very cautious of any forms they try to get you to sign.
