M & M Home Care provides a broad range of services and support for those who are recovering from a hospital stay, who are disabled, chronically or terminally ill and require Medical, Nursing, Mental Health, Rehabilitative Therapy, Massage Therapy and or Personal Care / Companion Care Services.

M & M Home Care employs only experienced, compassionate and reliable healthcare professionals who deliver a comprehensive set of services within the patients home. Our mission is to provide consistent, uninterrupted carewith ongoing nursing oversight while building trusting relationships between the patient, their families and the care team. Our Small Team approach pairs each patient with a select, consistent team of caregivers based on a variety of factors with the ultimate goal being continuity of care. Services include but are not limited to: * Bathing / Shower / Sponge or Bed Bath * Blood Pressure / Vital Sign Monitoring * Dental / Denture Care * Dressing / Grooming * Assist with Bedpan / Urinal / Commode / Adult Briefs * Meal Preparation * Transportation / Errands * Medication Set-Up / Reminders * Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) * Companion Care * Light Housekeeping * 24 Hour Live-In - Day, Week or Month * Over-Night Care * Hourly Attendants (4-hour minimum) Payment Options: M & M Home Care accepts Private Pay, Michigan No Fault Auto, Long Term Care Insurance and Worker's Compensation.… Read more
