First caregiver was constantly on the phone talking to her kids..replaced her with another who they said had lots of experience. .when asked she said she just started in health care a month ago..and the worst thing is when she didn't even show up!

Cathy, we are sorry that you feel this way. We ensure that caregivers are educated that they are not allowed to be on their phones when providing care to clients. Also, we have a 24/7 open door policy for families and clients to discuss any concerns with their care. In terms of caregivers who do not show for their scheduled shifts, management is made aware by our automated system and we ensure that care is delivered, even if management is who needs to provide that care.
