If I could give a -100 I would give that.
I employed their services for a Move in cleaning during last week of April 2016.
The house is a 2700sqft house, 4 bed, 2 full, 2 half bath. It also has a deck, basement, garage, living, dining, family room, kitchen and family dining area.
I had booked for a full cleaning.
Two girls came in and claimed to finish the cleaning in under two hours. They did not even do a surface cleaning, everything was dirty with dust, no mopping done, Kitchen cabinets, floors windows every inch of the house had dust on it.
When pointed out she did some useless cleaning.
I paid 170$ for this waste service. I ended up cleaning the whole house again.
The lady Christie who normally picks up the phone is a very good impressive speaker. When I complained about the service, she said she will talk to cleaners and call back in 15mins on the 28th of April ( which obviously still has not happened).
This is a total scam. Equal to robbing you off your money.
Please please please do not use this low class service.
