We offer services for aging folks who want to live at their homes with supports, service coordination for individuals with disabilities and community habilitation for folks with disabilities. We seek compassionate staff who are willing to learn and assist folks with disabilities. Medicaid Service Coordinators will require at least an Associates Degree in the Social Sciences area- Community Habilitation staff just need a desire to assist individuals with disabilities and agree to training to provide those services.
