Absolutely the worst experience! I've taken my yellow lab to daycare several days/week since he was a little pup. He's a year and a half now and the days I needed to board him were full at the place he usually goes.

I decided to check this place out. BIG MISTAKE!!! I didn't realize when I took him for the eval that they don't go outside at all. Not for walks, potty breaks, etc. They don't get any fresh air even if they spend the night. I felt horrible leaving him there, especially because the woman up front wasn't friendly at all... but decided to try because I was supposed to leave for my cousin's wedding, with a 7 hour drive ahead of me, and I didn't have another option at that point.

The place is covered in dog pee and poop, so the staff spend all of their time cleaning up the floors (at least that's all I saw them do). After watching my boy spend an hour of the first hour and a half in a crate while the other dogs got to play, I decided to go get him. If I wanted him crated, I would've left him in a crate at home and had someone stop by to feed him. I wasn't paying $49/day for him to be isolated. He plays very well with other dogs...even in puppy classes they would put him one on one with dogs that had trouble playing well because Duke would help them.

To make things worse, the guy that worked there was so rude! I know Duke's a dog and he would survive there 2 days, but I'm the customer. And if I'm not happy with the level of service, you apologize! Not only did he not apologize, but he continued to explain to me why I was wrong.

I ended up leaving 4+ hours late for my trip, missed my own birthday party, and then had to scramble to find someone else to watch Duke (which cost $120). His response: "well that's certainly not our fault." How about just saying you're sorry it didn't work out and was a bad experience? Then he tried to charge me for a half day of camp, which I refuted. And he also refused to give me my $36 deposit back!

Horrible experience!
