I can not thank Diane Cares For You enough for caring for my mother. I did not want to put her in a nursing home and I had a bad previous experience with home health before. So I was very skeptical and decided to try one more time, because I wanted her home with me. This team went above and beyond to create an effective care plan and made sure that my mother had 24 hour care. They also worked with my moms doctors to aide in care. The team kept me informed every step of the way and provided phenomenal care. They went above and beyond of what I initially expected. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I am happy to say this is one of the best companies . I have had the opportunity to work with and I'm very thankful for the care they have shown my aunt . Everyone I've had the pleasure to meet was well mannered and respectful. It takes time and understanding to do this job . The employees with company seem to have mastered it . With me being in the military and being deployed all the time, it became really hard to care for my granddad. I started to run out of options. I didn't want to do a retirement home because I've heard of so many stories of how poorly the elderly gets mistreated and used for there money. I didn't know where to turn too. I asked her for a Zoom conference because I wanted to see who was being this voice. Just as professional she sounds, she also looked the part. I choose her care for not only the reviews , her demeanor and certainty but also because it's black owned. Here we are 8 months later and my grand dad has been in the best care since I've been deployed. I can't thank this team enough for all the help and stress relief that they have provided for me. I usually don't write reviews, however I have tried a handful of health care agencies for my mother, and this is the first time I ever felt like my mother's needs were being met. Diane Cares For You has provided quality care, giving our family a piece of mine. My mother has alot of physical health issues and was no longer able to Independently care for herself. My mother was also resistant to having home care, but now she looks forward to seeing her care providers and enjoys the companionship. Most importantly she feels safe. My mother is now eating healthy foods thats being prepared for her, and making it to her many doctor's appointments. The other day I popped up to surprise my mother, and her care provider was polishing her toes and they were laughing and having a good old time. It warmed my heart, to see my mother in such a good mood. As a daughter I know I made the perfect choice, for my mother. 2021 was the year my husband had a heart attack, later that year a stroke I was working 2 jobs and I thought I was going to go crazy not knowing how I was going to take care of my now paralyzed husband, he couldn't move his left side and needed 24hrs care,I tried a nursing home but the care was terrible I just was at a lost, until my friend told me about DianeCare For You nursing agency.
