I had secured services for my mother who has congestive heart failure and upcoming cancer surgery and the case was being managed by Andy, and Daniela. I was told someone would start tomorrow and have been trying to contact them for over a week to find out what time, with no response at all. Today I was finally able to get ahold of Daniela whi informed me that there is bo caregiver at this time. Why they would've so unresponsive and dismissive with a vulnerable population like the elderly is beyond me. This has been purely shoddy and I would not trust these people. Do not give them voided checks because they'll skip right out the door and treat you at arms length only to flake out. Now I am ba k at square one with only two weeks until surgery because of their bad faith.
