Recently hired them to clean after the house was vacated by tenants. The house was empty except for a few personal items that we brought with us. After they left, we noticed many of our personal items were missing. We notified Bonnie, the owner, who was very defensive and refused to investigate our claim. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again or recommend them to anyone.
PS I still not have received a receipt for our payment to them which was supposed to be emailed to us.
