As far as Assisted Living facilities go, Deerfield has one great thing going for them, the staff! Everyone who works there is doing it out of love, because the pay is poor and the work load, tremendous. As a result, there are stellar employees at Deerfield Ridge. It is sad they went corporate, as a non-profit they seemed overall more patient-centric.

unprofessional, poor pay, they have an alzheimer's unit they do not pay different if you work it. The pay is 9 an hr for third shift..
