The person I worked with at this company, in their office, to find a caregiver(s) for my parent-was a total flake. It was a horrible experience- drama every single day. It was as though they told their employees nothing and provided no guidelines, rules or training. People didn't show up, cancelled at last minute, they sent a different person every day which was bad for my parent trying to train & learn a new person daily. I didn't get the help I needed with my parent & when their employees did show up last minute, it was always on a day my parent had a dr or dentist appointment. So, I had to take off work at last minute. This co didn't get that. This company was able unable to do their job - even after interminable meetings with them and multiple and looonnngggg meetings with them, and documenting our needs which were quite simple. After months, I fired them. I went with a company that did a fantastic job and had a much higher caliber of people. Bright star.

3 times they failed to show. Twice in a row. No one bothered calling us or letting us know. They are worthless and pathetic. Use anyone but this company. No one bothered answering the phone at the 401-6999 # either. Use a different t company. This place deserves to out of business. You don't "ASSURE" ppl that you will definitely be there. And not show up. After the second time. I spoke with mgr. and was assured that someone would be there. They didn't show. I had to leave work. To take care of my bedridden mother. This place is horrible.

This is the best agency I have ever come in contact with , they have top of the line caregivers. If you want the best this is it.
