Moody, mean, rough, weak, old women out of Alfred Hitchcock work there and cannot safely move the residents. Only one person is at work at a time. They sit outside playing and phones and smoke cigarettes instead of doing things with the residents. At night, staff sleeps away from the residents. The food is greasy and has fads rather than following doctor prescribed diets. The residents are refused a drink after dinner. They get 24 ounces per day. The residents only get a 5 minute shower once a week. Sometimes it's before breakfast and then they are left sitting and shivering. The residents are not assisted to walk and are forced to stay in recliners and never taken anywhere or even outside. They cannot get away from noise and are not allowed to be in their rooms. There is no place for private visits. Medicine is missing at times. Meds are given incorrectly and the residents often choke. Not all residents have air conditioning and they are sleeping in the high 80s and 90s. Lots of unreported and untreated bed sores and other injuries occur.
