ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE>>>only 2 of about 10 caregivers had any incentive or education...I di a vast majority of the work myself. NO HELP AT ALL. High priced and essentially worthless.

I am very satisfied with the care I received from Comfort Keepers. My caregiver Bernie is wonderful and I look forward to her coming each week! Kellie from the office attends doctors appointments with me, and helps me when I get lost! lol She also helps with the many phone calls to doctors and pharmacies for me which is a huge help! Comfort Keepers is always quick to help with any problems that may arise. Bernie and Kellie are like family to me! I love Comfort Keepers and recommend them to everyone I know!!

We have felt blessed to have your wonderful staff spend the past months helping mom in her transition. You all seem to be the most compassionate and able to provide the peaceful setting that mom desired. Thank you for allowing her to be comfortable at home in her last days.

Over the past eight years, we have had to use several caregiving agencies to help Mom and Dad. Yours is by far--head and shoulders-- above the rest. Your caregivers are exceptionally thoughtful, patient, responsible, and compassionate people. I give you all the credit for finding such a wonderful staff. Chad, we felt when we met you at our initial interview, that you were an extremely professional, special person who really cared about your clients in every way. You have proven yourself over and over, through an infinite number of difficult challenges with both my mom and my dad. You have never lost your patience or shown the first sign of frustration. You have met each problem head-on and been able to find a solution that always worked in both of their best interests. THANK-YOU for being there for us once again!!!!

My grandma has dementia and was not a huge fan of having a stranger come in her home at first but now she absolutely loves Bernie! She looks forward to her visits each week! Bernie is cooking with her and helping her do things around the house. They even worked in the garden together!! Granny just loves her company, she was a perfect fit!! Bernie and all the comfort keepers has such compassion I can tell they truly care about my grandma! Wouldn't recommend anyone else!!
