THIS MESSAGE IS FOR JACKIE! I HAD MY FRIEND COME FROM ARIZONA TO NY LOOKING FOR HELP WORKING. This was her first booking! JACKIE WANTED ONLY HER BATHROOM TO BE CLEANED THOROUGHLY. The rest of her house was cleaned and she was scared to move anything around cause her home was filled with 12 inch statutes of porcelain and a horder of alot of precious items that you know her grandmom probably owned. They all had broken hands glued together so she did the best she could. She complained and I had to go out of my way to give her a free cleaning because she was upset she missed some dust.. This was a 56$job hunny! And she still is booked with us! MONTHLY!!!And didn't talk about my cleaning?! She ran her mouth giving BAD reviews and didn't even stop to wait for us to respond to give her that free cleaning. A 56$ job you got done twice. And I saw the before and after pictures of the bathroom and my friend did an amazing job! Just that bathroom alone was worth 50 bucks. The rest of the home took literally 30 minutes. Unbelievable how petty people can be.

This message is for piece of a SHIT BALA! HE IS A LIAR AND DID THIS FOR HIS MONEY BACK! I was called for an emergency cleaning and was notified at 2pm and the booking was at 6pm. I texted him at 2pm if he needed any necessities because most people have vacuums and I have to travel home to go get it. He said yes he need a vacuum. I told him I may be running late because IT'S MY DAY OFF AND I HAVE TO RUN BACK TO 2 BOROUGHS TO GET MY VACUUM! He said FINE! Then texted me at 6:10 where I was at. I told him I'm running late because I needed to get the vacuum I notified you hours ago what's happening. He's giving me a time limit "IF YOU DON'T GET HERE BY 4O MINUTES I'M CANCELLING" I had my friend that lived near by go over there and start the cleaning. Right in the nick of time. I got there exasperated and he saw me in the elevator heaving and didn't even say anything! He felt "bad" he went in his bag and took out 2 Coronas for me and my friend (I GUESS IT'S A TIP?IDK HE WAS A FUNNY LOOKING GUY) I got in there THEY ARE HARDWOOD FLOORS AND HE HAD A BROOM I DIDN'T EVEN NEED TO GO TO 2 BOROUGHS TO PICK UP MY VACCUM! He had the audacity to ask me to DISASSEMBLE HIS BED! AND OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF MY HEART I DID IT! Then this is a move out so EVERYTHING IS EMPTY THE ONLY THING IS DIRTY IS HIS NASTY BATHROOM AND CHICKEN SOAKED FRIDGE THAT WAS SO BAD IT TOOK 2 HOURS AND GREASED RIDDLED HIS COUNTER NOTHING WAS COMING OFF. AND LOOK AT THE BEST PART OF THE CLEANING THIS FOOL TOOK ALL THE LIGHTS WITH HIM SO WHEN NIGHT FALL CAME I COULDN'T SEE ANYTHING!!! I TOLD HIM HOW COULD YOU TAKE THE LIGHT BULBS WITH YOU?!?!?! HE SAID "OH I HOPE I DON'T GET A BIG CLEANING BILL!" HE WAS A SCUM BAG INDIAN THAT JUST WANTED A CLEANING AND HIS MONEY BACK!!!

Terrible Service provider!! I was charged $157 for a Deep Cleaning, Move out cleaning service and the apartment was not vacuumed, not mopped, all little items were left as is! when you call the business, they don't answer their calls. Email response for a complaint is, we spent a lot of time in your apartment and the service was provided as expected... so folks! if you expect quality service, do not go to these people because their standard of expected service is leaving things the way they are and also justify themselves while still charging you!!!

This business is a scam and will take your money and not clean, at all. My apartment was left exactly the way I left and I'm spending my day cleaning after I paid someone to do it. I'm also having to go through everything to make sure she didn't steal anything.
