I've relied on Clean n Tidy for several years now and always been happy with their work. They get things cleaner than I ever could do myself. The owners are cheerful and helpful, and always accommodate my schedule even when I don't think of planning until the last minute. I highly recommend them.

Theo girls come to do a deep cleaning. One young one middle aged. The younger one did not know what to do. The other lady had to redo many things she did. The younger would dust but not use any solution do the dust would just move around. They did not do the radiators or the cobwebs. I had to tell them to go back znd fo so. When they left I went to cook in my stove znd saw that they put derp scratches in a brand new flat top stove. I contacted the owner and he said he will reinburse me for getting the top replaced. It really stinks that the stove cost 580 and it's going to cost 300 for the part and then who knows how much for labor. So I'll gave a stove with s part that isn't matched exactly. I would have ratcheted him pay for s new stove and get rid of this one. I'm not even sure yet if the "generic part" will work in my stove until someone comes. I'm hoping I do get reimbursed like he said I would be. This is the first time I ever had someone clean my kitchen. I will never let snyond again!

We has this service one one time. I told the owner exactly what I was looking for, a deep cleaning. He said he had 2 girls coming. When I got home there were dirty rags all over and the house was somewhat 'tidy' but certainly not clean. I called the owner and he never responded. Do not use this company.

We've gone back in our files and found only one customer who would fit this profile, but this customer never called to complain about the job. If anyone is unhappy with the job that Clean 'n Tidy performed, all they have to do is call us and we will come back and fix any problems, usually the next day. We have a five-star rating on Angie's List, which we are very proud of. Consequenlty, when we hear that a customer isn't happy, we want to do everything we can make it right so they are happy and pleased with our services.

My mom had Clean n tidy clean her home part of a dealchicken vocuher. They did a decent job but I didn't look too hard. I now have my own home and bought the same dealchicken voucher and scheduled my home to be cleaned while I was away. When I came back from vacation, I could tell the hardwood floors were swept. My reason for purchasing this was because under my couch and under my bed are super dirty and dusty...I look forward to it being clean, and it was untouched. My home is only 1200 square feet and all hardwood. I called the owner and he said he would have someone come out to fix it, he would call me back, but I never got a call back. I would not go back to this company again, I could have done what the maid did, it was a very simple floor sweep. Not happy.

We had just lost our cleaning girl when we met Tom in Stop and Shop. Being that I knew him for about 10 years, he told us that he had this business. We decided to check it out. We are very pleased with this service. Colleen could not be any better. She is fast, competent and will go out of her way to make things better. Hiring Clean 'n Tidy was one of the best things we did this past year.

I can not say enough about Clean n Tidy. From the first day we met the owners we were impressed with their knowledge and willingness to answer all of our questions. Our regular cleanings are nothing short of fantastic in every way. I am not the easiest customer to work with because of my very busy schedule and revolving door household, but clean n tidy has always found a way to accomadate my family. I have used three cleaning companies atleast once, all terrible exeriences. I gave up and made the decision to clean our home on my own...that was short lived after meeting clean n tidy. Like I said in the beginning the owners of clean-n-tidy assured us that we would be very happy with their work... They cleaning crew continues to exceeded our expectations at every visit.

I have been using Clean n Tidy for over a year to clean my condo. I have never been disappointed in the service. Any special requests are done willingly and without hesitation. The ladies they send to clean have always done a spectacular job.
I work so the key is left in a lock box (real estate) on my door and I give them the code the day they come and I don't have to worry about someone having a key.

I'm a senior citizen. I need their help to get my house back to the way I like it. What a wonderful job they did. The girl, Colleen, was so pleasant and thorough. I asked for a few extra things I needed hlep with and she gladly obliged. I thought I'd only use Clean 'n Tidy once; but now, I have them come once a month. I look forward to my clean house and seeing Colleen.
