This company hires inept and inexperienced Care Workers. The worker they assigned kept having "Family Emergencies" so the continuity was poor. The last time an "emergency" happened the supervisor Desiree didn't call until after 9:00 pm the night before to tell me no worker would be available the next morning to care for my mom.
Very unprofessional agency. If you care about your loved one's care i would steer clear of this company.
