We assist families who need help navigating the complex world of long-term care. We offer individualized in-home senior care services provided by our skilled Personal Attendants and Home Care Coordinators in Monterey County.
For adult children who live out of town, Case Management provides an added layer of consultation, service, professional oversight and protection for a parent who is becoming more frail, but who is still self-sufficient enough to not require personal care or companionship.
Case Management can provide "boots on the ground" to ensure your loved one is getting to the doctor, eating well and provide you the 24 hour crisis intervention that may be needed.
Case Management fees are included in the hourly rate for clients who are receiving in-home care from our Personal Attendants.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION! DO NOT USE!! One of their employees was using my car to drive my wife around who has early stages of Alzheimers. When returning to my house, she ran into the logs bordering the house and damaged the right front panel as well as the edging below car and yet they refused to pay for the damages!! Their excuse was that it is my responsibility and it was covered in the agreement. So in summary, one of their employees damages my car and I have to pay for fixing it (at least $500-$1000)! Agreement or not, that's just BS (not to mention, who reads agreements) and if I had, I damn sure would not have let them use my car in the first place. Terrible organization. Do not use
