Worst nursing home ever. My Mother is left in bathroom for long periods of time. They give her more pain pill then anyone person should take. If I do not check on her they would just leave her to die. The admin never comes out of her office. She never returns your calls or emails. She avoids any communication. It is a unfriendly place and the food is not fit for human consumption. I will remove my Mother as soon as I can.

I have family here at Charlyn in Winnsboro and as far as the facility and most all of the staff, we are well satisfied. On a negative note the new administrator is rude and very unprofessional. Also the food isn't acceptable now. These two areas could be much improved.
