DO NOT GO HERE - SCAM
If you have to pay out of pocket, they take your card information, input into their own PayPal account to pay the doctors (psychiatrist and therapist) then when you try to get that money back with your insurance it will be denied because they send you the wrong information. Shelly, the front desk manager, has told me (former patient) what she THINKS the psychiatrist meant when prescribed the medication. I asked her if she had some sort of medical certificate, she denied. She got so upset when I told her she wasn't legally qualified to talk to me about my medication, she threatened to take me out of CHARLEES. You have to call 4 different numbers to get a hold of anyone which is usually just Shelley and Henry. I've seen more staff but have only talked to them. Athena just recently told me that can call but that nobody will answer.
