Yet, another bad experience from the Staff members. I have several neighbors that come to Cat Care of Vinings and after I have my board meeting for the month of February you will bet I am going to tell them AGAIN about the service and experience. Yes, the front desk ladies are nice but they lie. First issue over a year ago my cat was under the care of Dr. Mike. Yet, I think a lot of unnecessary test were being completed I went along with it because my wife and I love our pets. Dr. Mike was good and kept us inform and said to call anytime. Well, 3 months later our cat was getting worse and wanted to but him to rest. Called and was told "Call back". I called back 30 minutes later and was told, "Sorry we are closing". I went to the PET ER and they even said they been getting bad reviews on the service but we were treated a lot better and to be honest, it was cheaper.
My wife wanted to give this place another chance with our other 2 kitties. The girl cat is sweet as can be and the boy cat is the same but doesn't like to be poke at so we usually give him something to calm down. I call around 11 am on Friday to pick up medicine for the boy cat to give to him before Monday appointment. Went there about 2 pm to pick up. Was told after 20 minutes that they will call me. NO CALL. First, when I went in there the lady was rude and said WE call you when it is ready. Then she gave me some excuse about being so busy but watch 3 people just stand around for 20 minutes. I let it go. Waiting till 530pm and called and lady said we are closing. I said I live 30 seconds away and can be there in 3 minutes. Said they are closing. Okay, what poor poor service yet again.
I currently have 31 of 178 units in my complex that goes to Cat care of Vinings. I also am a big network person. You better believe I am telling my Store to EVERYONE.
Dr. Mike is a very caring Doctor and I really like her but the staff is horrible and I would look quickly to replace or it will be like the rest of the empty units in the building were Cat Care of Vinings Reside
