As I nurse I have always gravitated towards and worked with seniors. I feel it is an honor and care for them with the same love and respect I had for my beloved Grandparents.
As a Case Manager, I provide assistance navigating the vast array of care options and support through case management including placement. Working on your side to explore both insured and non-insured options. Providing a thorough assessment to identify needs and appropriate solutions. Including caring support for family when love ones do not live nearby. Assistance with medical needs and follow up, medication management, and support aides (DME) procurement. Also diabetic support, post-op care, and meal assistance.
I also provide Short Term in-home assistance for senior family members including, respite, Hospice care, companion and more. In caring for your loved one and providing stress relief for you and your family my job is always rewarding!
