I'm sick to my stomach over how my family was lied to and cheated. I honestly don't even know where to begin: the countless cigarette butts they left all over the front yard and driveway (that they never once acknowledged or apologized for), the blatant lies they told me and promises they broke that wound up costing us over $750 or their complete lack of customer service to the point of insult?

They said whatever they needed to in order to secure the job. I should have gone to the house and checked their work before I Venmo'd the money.

CHECK THEIR WORK BEFORE YOU PAY THEM! They refused to return any of it and then threatened to sue us if we wrote a bad review.

To explain the photos attached to this review:

1. I sent the owner, Teri, a thorough list of the things that needed to be complete in order for us to get our security deposit back at move out. I figured a lot of them weren't included in her typical cleaning and I was more than ready to take care of them myself, but I needed clarity. She responded, "Relax. Breathe. We got this." They didn't do even a quarter of what they agreed to in text and verbally. They didn't even vacuum the stairs! The carpeted stairs were covered with lint, tiny scraps of paper, food crumbs, etc. I have the photos!

2. The property management company that did a walkthrough after they were done sent me documentation listing everything that was not cleaned. They had to hire another interior cleaning company and carpet cleaning company and we were charged for it.

3. Cigarette butts littering the property: this was the first thing I noticed when I arrived to check their work. As soon as I opened my car door to step out there were cigarette butts all over the driveway under my feet, I couldn't look more than one foot without seeing another one. They were in the front yard, bushes, flower beds- they didn't even attempt to cover them up (because they didn't think I'd be coming back to check as this was a move out clean).

I'm in shock that companies like this can still be in existence. At the very least I expected an apology for the cigarette butts, but from the very first conversation that occurred (AFTER they were paid of course) she's been in denial, blame-shifted, talked in circles and completely ignored my biggest complaints. Not once did she take responsibility for even the smallest thing or try to make anything right.

The icing on top was she insulted my family and then threatened to sue us if we left a truthful review about our honest experience with their company. Well, I'm willing to take the chance in order that this does not happen to some other innocent and trusting family. If I had seen a review like this beforehand I would have ran and saved myself a ton of headache and money.

After having twins and the upkeep it was so exhausting!!! I had never had a cleaner come out but, I had no choice. Exhaustion setting in, I called Teri. Teri and another girl showed up was here for 3 hours and my home looked brand new! I will always use her! She is an amazing person! Cares about her clients and does impeccable work!
