This company is one of the worst in the state of NJ. Their issues are as follows: situations between homemakers and patients, the office staff sides with the homemakers without calling the family. It was explained to me that it is a business hence who said this is the coordinator for the Union City Office. So its a business which means they care more about money than the human being they have in their care. They allow their homemakers to call short notice and they do not have a back up so elderly patients that depend on them for their care are left alone. Their homemakers do not adhere to the care plan and cellphones are constantly used but you complain to the office, your complaint is not acknowledged,but the complaint of the homemaker are. They have homemakers that try to impose their religion, opinions and prejudices. The homemakers even yell at their patients. By far this is the worst company. Their staff is as unprofessional as they come. It is not worth even calling their head office because they are just as useless. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
