I'm a resident in this facility and am very disappointed by the care I'm receiving. Granted I do get my meds on time but that's about it. There's very little follow up, some staff members treat me like crap. I feel worse now than when I got here due to the nursing staff not listening to me and I'm afraid I'm going to die here before I get the chance of getting an apartment which the state is taking forever in this endeavor. One of the "Social Service" employees came into the "dining" room complaining that pretty soon there will be no social service and that she can't handle it. This is while we are waiting for our dinner to be served. I've asked 3 people for a new mattress as I can barely walk after a crappy night's sleep due to sleeping on coil springs that squeak every time I move. I am still waiting for the mattress. There is a male CNA that has an attitude and is old enough to be my son who gives me a hard time every time I ask him for anything and has thrown my dinner at me, sliding my plate 3 inches in my direction. There is more but this is a summation of what I've observed.
