I will say my experience with them has been rocky. One day you may get a nice person on the phone and the next day you get a cold one who acts as if you are bothering them. When the daughter answers you can forget it. She is just evil. No follow ups no consideration at all. the owner is a nice lady. She's elderly and it looks like she is trying to turn it over to the daughter but it she is not nice at all.

I am so grateful for the team at Blessed Hands and Heart. They provided excellent care for my mom.

The owner is a nurse and clearly has a heart for the elderly and her staff.

Her company is the only one that I've seen transport their staff or provide uber.

That is just one of the things that sets them apart.

The owner gets a gold star for having heart, but that is where it ends. The process of getting help when needed is unnecessarily stressful and cumbersome in an already stressful time. Part of their responsibility is to provide care to our loved ones AND assurance to the family that they are in good hands.

They never provided 1 day of care and insisted on me paying for services before they started. After finally realizing that they are not a good fit for my family, they said I have to wait 7 days for a refund.

I feel blessed at the end of the day. Another angel swooped in and saved the day.

I would suggest that they have a grief specialist in to learn how to deal with families at their move vulnerable moment. May I suggest Forever Healed. Would you believe they said to me that sometimes people expect us to take better care of their loved ones than they do. That just to give you a tidbit of their care and compassion with lack of service. My experience may not be yours. In any event they are off my list and in my prayers.

I have worked for this agency in the past. They provide paystubs with each payroll. The owner takes the time to get to know each client that they agency services

The administration do not give copies of the employees hours worked with pay checks and want to charge $5.00 for requesting copies of anything. You have to keep asking them to update your address months or even up to a year after a person has moved.
