Every family is given a Care Manager that will be your main contact person for your loved ones customized care plan. The Care Manager will coordinate with you and the specially chosen care givers assigned to your family to make sure that your specific family needs are being achieved.The Care Manager will not be someone in an office that has never met your father, mother or you. They are guaranteed to be an activeparticipant in your care. <br/> <br/>At Home Independence will go above and beyond your loved ones basic needs because we understand the importance of keeping them in their homes longer. Staying in their homes provides a familiarity and comfort that isn't easily achieved elsewhere. This is especially important if or when they experience symptoms of dementia. Our mission is to not only keep them safe and secure but also stimulated and engaged with their families and their community while doing so. By compensating our care givers more than the industry standard we are able to provide bright, creative, empathetic and genuinely caring individuals. <br/> <br/>We understand how stressful it can be for the family care giver to try to balance the care of their own children and their parents at the same time.
