Phillip Gross is amazing! He is a true professional. I've used him several times (mostly for carpet stretching) and his work ethic is phenomenal. He called me within 5 minutes of me being scheduled for an appointment. Arrived promptly at 8:00 am and the job (5 rooms, hallway, and stairs) was completed by 9:30 am. I will continue to use Amazing Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, even when I move to my newly built home at the end of January 2020! If you want high-quality performance and are looking for an honorable and hard-working individual, then Phillip is your man! Phil did a great job on our carpet in our fifth wheel. We had spilled a container of olive oil on the carpet and had difficulty getting it out. Thanks to Phil, our carpet looks great!

Phil was very professional and did an amazing job stretching, cleaning and scotchgarding the carpets in my living. I'll definitely call him in the future.

He is on-time, thorough and even provides tips to homeowners on how to respond to spills and other little "oopses" that happen between cleanings. We rescue LARGE (120+ pound) dogs who can be a bit rough on carpets especially when bringing mud in from outside. He has done us a wonderful job for many years now.

Phillip, the serviceman of Amazing Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, is a straight shooter, with a sharp wit, and, of course, HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK. He arrived early so he could set up and begin at the appointed time. He quickly assessed the needs of my carpet and got to work. And, when he left, my carpet was PLEASANTLY FRAGRANT and looked PRETTY CLOSE TO BRAND NEW. My carpet hadn't been cleaned in four years and, on top of it all, I own a little terrier who has had a few accidents on the carpet. I highly recommend the services of Amazing Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!
