All brick performed the wrong procedure on our 14 year old dog. Tobe was brought in for teeth extractions. Neutering was never discussed. My daughter found out after the procedure when the receptionist called and said the neuter went ok. WHAT? My daughter refused to pay for them castrating our dog. Yeda called the next day admitting they screwed up, offered to do the correct procedure at no cost. That's the only reason we went back. We waited a couple of months due to our sheltie's age and being mutilated. We had no idea the vet would go back on his word and charge us then expected us to pay another $450 for a 3rd surgery. We're not putting him under for a 3rd surgery. We started putting our story out, warning others, and the vet decided to attempt to discredit us by saying my daughter requested the neuter. That we're not being truthful. No, she didn't request neuter. It was never discussed within our family. I have all the bank transactions, the forms stating teeth extractions going back to January 5, 2022 that said dental. I have the other vet clinic we took him to a week before and their records state dental. I have all the dated texts between family and friends in shock and anger that they castrated our dog without knowledge or consent. This clinic is trying to claim that my daughter signed the surgery form with "neuter" hand written on the top. That is the only place that shows up. How convenient. My daughter remembers the conversation she had with the manager picking up our dog about looking in the computer and the manager says yes, it says dental. It's the receptionist that told the vet it was a neuter. Explain to me why they would do a 2nd surgery when my daughter refused to pay for the 1st surgery where they screwed up? Why would they turn around and perform a 2nd surgery when the 1st wasn't paid. In a response, they said they were only trying to calm my daughter down. From what? What they did is veterinary medical malpractice. And I have no problem speaking the truth. Don't play russian roulette with your pet. Look at all the negative reviews they have over the years. It's all the same. They blame the pet owners.
