Very unprofessional all around personnel. The agency send a care giver for my mother wearing skin tight leggings. She was suppose to come at 0900 hrs. ,showed up at 10:30 AM. She walked in my house texting while talking to me. When she took my mother for walk she was texting the entire time. The Aid did not help my mother in the shower. Did not clean the bathroom after. I called the agency to cancel the service, and to report the discrepancies and the agent started to yield at me from the top of her lungs. She yield that I did not know Medicare guidelines. I am sure that texting while taking care of a 93 year old woman is not in the guidelines. all around terrible experience.

Suzanne B, you are lying and posting false accusations is illegal in the state of Florida. I am sorry that you have a DCF case, and that many Home Care Agencies in Florida refuse to work with you, and I have many complaints from caregivers stating that you are abusive and not mentally well. Please take this platform to do good and not evil. Thank you.

They are thieves...... stay away from them. Liz the owner she i always holding the employees check and never want to pay them for the days that they worked for. She is a thief I will call her in to court..... liz I will be the last person you doing that to believe me. Shame on you

Jessie, no one at All VIP Care is a thief. That is a false accusation and one that can get you into a lot of trouble. You were one of those aides that was always calling out at the last minute and leaving clients without services. If you do not submit a timesheet signed by the client, you will NOT get pay. It is very simple to follow rules. Also, work in health care is very important, and should not be taken lightly. I hope things are better with you, and you realize the importance of being a professional, and a good Home Health Aide.

Had car service from Vero Beach to the VA in WPB for surgery. I had surgery on Sept. 4, 2020, asked for a simple request so I can be reimbursed by the VA Hospital still waiting on Jonathan for copy. Over and over again he has lied to me telling me he will mail me a copy of the receipt. I have notified the VA as well as the BBB about this manner. I rated them with a 1 star because negative stars are not available. Never again the VA has been notified so other DAV do not use there services and get ripped off!!!

Henry, you were not ripped off. Jonathan drove from West Palm Beach to Vero Beach early in the morning to get you to a doctor's appointment in West Palm Beach. Then, he picked you up and drove you back to Vero Beach. Jonathan was on time, and you were charged very little. You seem to very upset about a "receipt" to get reimburse for services from the VA. In the future, please feel free to stop by the office, and pick up a receipt. I hope that one day, you will get over your anger and realize that Jonathan provided you with great service.

Today, Jonathan continues to pick-up Veterans for their surgery appointments, waits for them, and then drives them back home. I do not think Uber offers this services at a deep discount.

Please be AWARE: The owner of this company 'All VIP Care, is so unprofessional in handling her aides for her clients. SHE KEEPS THEIR PAY. She is not a good person. She held my pay last year and now is is doing it again. I'm going to enlist the help of an attorney. This person Liz McKinnon is bad for this business. Do not work for her!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT: DO NOT WORK FOR HER!!!!!1

I am Liz McKinnon the Administrator at All VIP Care, Inc. I work 7 days a week, 12 to 14 hours a day to ensure good services to the Agency's clients. Every caregiver and client and their family members have my personal cell phone. I am reachable. Every caregiver gets pay every Friday, and direct deposit. This service is an incentive for the Agency to recruit and land exceptional caregivers.

Evelyn D was informed of the Agency's policy and procedures, and if she chose not to comply, she cannot receive a pay check. Time sheets are important to prove fraud has not been committed. Evelyn D was also informed she needs to comply with State Regulations, and yet she refused to provided renewed documentation. Evelyn D is no longer on the Agency's roster because she refused to provide renewed State required documentation and was a no-show and a no call to 2 clients.

I hope Evelyn D stops the false accusations since it is illegal behavior. I hope Evelyn D can govern herself accordingly, or legal action will be warrant.

Highly recommended as employee/caregiver prospective. Liz and her Team they know how to make you feel as a family. Apart of being very serious and punctual with the payment, the enviroment created make the whole staff feel at home. Deliver a 5 stars service to the client is the Goal and this Team knos very well their job.
