Just moved and looked for a good place--read reviews and chose this one. But found out the hard way....This place is TERRIBLE. They cut my dog badly, and did not call it out to me. I went to put the dog in the car and saw a red streak! Immediately went back in and was told the groomer was "new" and had some issues. My dog has been groomed for five years with NO PROBLEMS. Charged me full price, no refunds, or apologies, and found out later they didn't even do my dog's nails properly.

MY Sophie looks great and smells great after her visit to Priscilla. She spends the day in Doggie Day Camp and gets the full treatment - including getting her teeth brushed. Best Groomers in Orlando!!!!!
