Awesome kennel!! very reasonable on prices and nice and clean friendly and knowledgeable staff they even have dog training while your pet stays . My dog is always very excited when we get there he runs in so happy. He had never done that at other places i have gone to and when I pick him up he always smells amazing . I also love there Groomer she has bine there for years and she is an expert and certified. Infact everyone that works there is thats the first thing a seen on the wall when i walked in was all there diplomas and professional certifications. Which made me feel even better knowing i was leaving my dog there with people who know what there doing. They do like to meet your dog first before boarding which i thought was good because it made my dog and me less nervous when it came time to boared him. I just had him stay and get a doggie spa treatment so he could get used to the place . Pluse now i am bringing him up there every two weeks to get his nails done becuase they have a special every monday 5.00 nail triming and my dogs nails grows like crazy. I like the fact that the owner also lives on the property and can check on them if the need to . Dogs that are boarding there also get nice long runs with a little room on the ends that they sleep and eat in so that was also a plus for me that there not caged up . Dogs can see and smell each other but dont mingle like at dog daycare . So if your dog is not used to hanging out with other dogs you dont have to worry about them getting into it with other dogs. But it still gives them enough to smell and say hello to there neighbor If they want to or they can just stay in there beds if they choose. Something i also liked was they wanted my dog to get a mandatory bath only mandatory the first visit because they want to make sure that your dog is clean and flea free . Before entering there kennel with other dogs . I'm glad they have this police because I would hate to pick my dog up from some where flea infested or tick infested . This told me that they care about your pet and the cleanliness of there stablishment. Now if my dog was a flea bags they would make me get a manditory bath everytime and that's ok because i dont want fleas or to give fleas to anyone else. Over all I cant say enough about how good this place is i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great groomer or a safe place for your pet to stay while on vacation. I'm so glad i found this place . the fact that this place is highly recommend by my vet and bine in business for years says alot. Its now under new ownership and there making this place even better then it was when i first came here . Dont hesitate to make a appointment with them and check this place out . Its not the dogmahall pet resort but its a very nice small family owned business that you can trust leaving your fur baby with .
