Katrina and her team showed up ill prepared for the tasks they had taken on. Little to no communication or with the homeowners about how they were "reorganizing" the household. They were paid for deep cleaning and organization to which both jobs were lack luster at best. When confronted about jobs not being completed, the owner spoke well saying she would be happy to set up a time and come back to complete but never would respond to messages left by homeowners to set up a time. Very poor business practices. Would not recommend this company to anyone and am ashamed I used them in the first place.
