House left unlocked during the Christmas season by the staff. The cabinet door to our cat's litter box was left closed several times with the most recent resulting in accidents on the floor from our pets. Contacted the owner to only be told the manager in charge said that the door was locked when they left so "call the police because you must have had a break in". Our house was fine with nothing missing but it was not fun to come back from vacation to a door left wide open. Was not offered any sort of reimbursement for the ruined rug/carpet because the cabinet to the cat litter box was closed. I could go on and on. I tried to reason with the owner but I felt like I was talked down to like I was a complete idiot. Would not recommend this service to anyone!
