Do not work here they will not pay you on time sometimes it three days to three weeks before they will pay. When you call Meshae the payroll person she lies and say she going to pay you and don't and then she will tell you she going to call back and never do and won't answer the phone when you do call. If you reach out to the owner Vicky Parks she just acts surprised has if she doesn't know you haven't been pay. I truly hate my sister chose them has a provider for her son because now we have to find another provider because I refuse to be pay when they feel like paying. Will definitely have to call the hour and wage board .

They are careless and neglectful & due to that my cousin lost her life, they try to keep families away from their loved ones & they don't give bathes I could go on & on. They need to be shut down

This company and the owners Vicky Parker Jones and Clay New does not pay their employees. I would choose any other company but this one

I am working for Pure heart home care as a caregiver.I have been owed 3 weeks of work with promises of payment due for sometime.It is 86 hours they owe and agree to with another 27 or so hours this week not been put in yet.Their phone number did not work because of non-payment to Bill.
