Cursing, vulgar language and disrespect have become the cultural norm in our schools and neighborhood, while integrity and social courtesy seems to be a thing of the past. We now live in a society where communication revolves around immodest behavior and character assassination.

To restore ethical behavior in our civilization, we need to begin with the next generation. Good manners and leadership excellence are the lubricating oil of successful people. Effective leaders today know that good manners are critical to success in workplace relationships, team performance and customer service.

Since opening its doors in 2007, 3Phases has helped over 300 students develop skills that have led to executives and entrepreneurs.
