If you care and love you loved one, please, please do not put them in Hillcrest.
This place is horrible beyond words. First, my mothers wedding ring was stolen by a worker and the care is awrful, no compassion, it's just a job that pays little and get a job any where else because most are from Kenya and don't have the same compassion and care we do in the U.S.
Many call lights on for over 15 minutes on a daily basis. The staff do not care, simple as that.
I could go on and on, but I'm exhausted, my mama just passed away. Social workers there did not council us on what Dr. wrote in report on how much time my Mom had.
Please do not go here!!!!
