Rossana came very highly recommended to us from a family friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our family’s experience with her. We have a child on the autism spectrum, and he is usually shy and apprehensive around strangers and adults he meets for the first time. To our surprise, he became comfortable with Rossana right away with no reservations. She is a kind, warm, and patient soul, and our son fell in love with her. Sometimes he can be a little difficult given his condition, but Rossana was unfazed. She demonstrated that this wouldn’t be a problem in the least and found numerous ways to overdeliver. Aside from those qualities, Rossana is very accomplished in the fields of childhood education and development. We were extremely impressed with her credentials and accomplishments. She has endless experience with children on top of this, and we knew in our gut that this was a dream match for our family. Additionally, as a mother herself, Rossana brings an extra layer of understanding and empathy to her role. She is truly amazing, and this is an all-encompassing testament to her being an awesome and qualified caregiver.
