I'd describe my personality as kind, caring, and compassionate. I like working with kids because I enjoy watching kids be inquisitive and develop their skills and personalities.

I am an RN at a local hospital and have been working in nursing for 10 years. I was a CNA for three years while I went to nursing school, then I worked in a local long term care facility and on a dementia unit for 5 years both as a charge RN and as a nursing supervisor, then I completed my masters degree in nursing leadership at Stony Brook University, and have been working in acute care for the past year. I am looking to help a family with a loved one this summer!

I'm a retired critical care nurse and love taking care of people. I have a current RN license and CPR certification. Also vaccinated with boosters for COVID, flu and Hep A/B. I would like to help out with senior respite care for one shift or several weeks and or back up child care when yours has a last minute or upcoming cancellation. Can do night shifts as well.

Hello! For the past 3 years of my life, I have worked with kids non-stop! The age range I typically work with is anywhere from 3-6, but I have worked with Kindergarten age children the longest. I am a very creative person, which is why I have such a musical background! I've been playing the violin for close to 20 years now and hold my Bachelor of Arts degree in music. Whether your child wants to learn the violin or if incorporating music in their lessons will help them get engaged, I'm here for you! I'm not just here to make sure your child passes a test. I'm here to make sure they are having fun and feeling confident WHILE they pass that test. Personally, I have ADHD and fully understand what it is like to be constantly distracted. Being the oldest child in my family, I helped raise all 4 of my younger siblings and cousins. Previously, I have worked in a daycare for 2 1/2 years working with children ranging ages 6 months-6 years old.
