Save your money -- and a BIG headache! This franchise owner is unprofessional and cannot manage his cleaning staff, nor his so-called "lawn service." The "green clean" YGM offers is nothing more than turning on a room deodorizer to blow fragrance around the room, and spraying water out of an "ionizer." Really? The cleaners will give you excuse after excuse as to why certain areas or items in the house were not cleaned. Once when I went into my kitchen and looked at the counter tops, they were still dusty and dirty and when I ran my hand over them, I could feel small left over food crumbs. Excuse: "Oh, I cleaned it -- it must be the 'grain' of your counter top." Huh. It can't be that difficult to clean a smooth counter top. UNLESS ... you just looked at it, and thought, "Looks clean to me - she'll never notice if I don't clean it." And so it went while I kept this service on way longer than I should have. After finally realizing the cleaners were not ever going to improve, I let go of the cleaning service part of YGM and hiring a new house cleaner (who actually cleans!), yet continued to let Troy handle our lawn service. For the first 2 or 3 cuts he did send us the usual YGM notice as to what day/time he would arrive to cut the lawn (we were scheduled every 2 weeks). Very shortly after that, however, the email notices stopped and I would have to email or call him on the last day of that 2 week period asking when he was coming. "Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah ... I'll be there" kind of response is what I would get. I would have to push him to get the lawn cut -- especially if it was forecasted to rain. Unlike a normal lawn cutting service that would come BEFORE the predicted rain, Troy would come AFTER it had rained and several days had gone by to let the grass dry out. The last straw was when he didn't show up at all, and then ONE WEEK AFTER the 2 week period I finally called and cancelled our service altogether and hired a new lawn service. His excuse? Verbatim from email: "We have a lot of clients (yeah, right) and for some reason she (who is she - your wife???) scheduled it a week later and I just didn't notice it." Uh-huh. You will hear all sorts of excuses from this franchise owner and the cleaners he employs about the poor service offered for cleaning and lawn. I really recommend not even bothering to give them a try since it is not worth the headache you will incur trying to work with them. I kept them on much too long trying in vain to make it work when the reality is that this guy has a problem managing his business.

Thank you for the exceptional service. Kristin and her sister were diligent, and thorough. They did a FANTASTIC job on our house! We would love to have them over bi-weekly starting Wednesday, June 13th, and every other Wednesday after that. Approximately how long do regular cleanings take?

You've Got Maids is a breath of fresh air! My wife and I have tried other cleaning services before, but never have we been so impressed by such professional staff.

Wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the work done earlier.

The floors and carpets look new especially the carpet !!

House feels clean which is a great thing :) !!

I wanted to let you know how awesome it was to walk into a clean house :)

I was pleasantly surprised with how they left the bathrooms and kitchen counters. Everything was wiped down and either put back into place or grouped in such a way that everything was easy to find. I never expected things to be put back into place but they did a remarkable job!

Windows, pictures, picture frames, floors and the fronts of door all cleaned and sparklie!

The kicker was when I walked into my daughters room and saw that someone had taken the time to make her tiny toddler bed, folded all her blankets and left it turned down, it was so inviting that she wanted to take her shoes off and lay down - Thank you!

We have filled out the comment card and will be mailing that today, and we have been singing your praises as well as sharing your information.

I wanted to let you know that as a working mom I sincerely appreciate your service and the professionalism of your staff.

I look forward to booking my next cleaning!
