Horrible and very unprofessional. One of the nurses has created issues with in our family. When the company was notified nothing changed. The nurse borrowed money from my parents, got into an argument with family members when asked to give the family some space to visit. Started telling how she has been here for 2 years and none of us are going to tell her where she can sit. She has her personal bills at my parents house. I took pictures of this for proof. when the complaint was told to the agency she was not removed. Be very aware. I find that they are not about the client but are about the money. Any professional care facility would remove the CNA and replace with someone that would not create such issues within the entire family. It is most likely better practice to rotate nurses so such situations like this do not happen. All of this I am writing can be verified . Very unprofessional agency.

I hired them to take care of my grandmother when my father needs a break. He also doesn't want to have to change her diapers so we also needed somebody to come out specifically to do that as well. They were willing to work with us. Almost nobody on Care.com was willing to come to help him with a diaper change even though we would pay for a full hour. Value Care was able to fill that need for us and they also come 4 hours per day, respite care. They always answer the phone and are very caring. It is a husband and wife run company and they seem to have a great thing going. All of their employees are sweet and prompt and very professional. I HIGHLY suggest them.
