My aunt required 24 hour care after leaving a rehab center. I interviewed several home health aid services and immediately felt comfortable and confident in iHeart. I also contacted their references.

iHeart provided an aid based on my 83-year-old Aunt's needs with the goal of helping her become independent. Due to her changing needs and amount of time needed, we have had different aids as she became more independent. We currently have gone from a live-in aid to an aid 2X a week for 4 hours a day. This has happened over a period of about 6 months. iHeart definitely tries to match personalities and has done quite well.

When my aunt first came home from rehab I was overwhelmed with setting up the hospital bed (iHeart happened to connect me with someone who was giving one away), welcoming a live-in aid, coordinating oxygen company, and filling prescriptions (16 in all) and pill boxes - WOW! That day, Julia met me at my aunt's apartment and stayed for hours as she eased me into all this. I couldn't have done it without her.

To be honest, not all aids are perfect. When we did have any complaints, iHeart (Elena and Julia) were quick to address. They expect a lot from their employees and most of them fulfill that expectation. Communication is very important with any service you use but I don't think any service will be as prompt as iHeart in responding. Overall, I never thought of switching services as I felt that our aids were well-trained and friendly. I do recommend open communication with each aid so they get to know you as well.

Regarding price, iHeart is probably a little lower in price than others I interviewed. When I was given a price range originally by iHeart, I expected that when they did find someone that the actual price would be at the high end of their estimate. Surprisingly, it was not. They are honest and fair.

We love iHeart and highly recommend them.

My aunt and I could not be happier with iHeart and the care provided. iHeart is responsive and good at fitting the proper aid to the patient. We used their services for my father after being released from a rehab. center. The caregiver who came was very sweet and professional. Not only helped him but also made our lives easier to deal with the situation.
The office staff was very reliable and helpful with questions and changes.
We will definitely use their services again if we need extra help.

I live in Houston but had to find care for my older relative who lives in Paramus, NJ. I'm glad i've choosen this company, these guys are always available over the phone to address any issue, very professional and always come on time. We are using their service for about a year now and very happy with the results.

The professionalism and expertise of iHeart Home Care still brings good memories. I used their services for 1 month after I was discharged from the hospital. The caregiver, Carmen, was at my house everyday to assist me with moving around the house, meal preparation, bathing and other errands. Thankfully I feel much better now and do not need assistance anymore, but will definitely be calling iHeart when I needed further assistance.

I have been using iHeart Home Care Services for my grandparents since April 2013. My grandmother has developed signs of Dementia and my grandfather suffered a heart attack a couple of years ago. iHeart Home Care was able to assign a perfect candidate to take care of my grandparents and provide comfort and support. All caregivers were professional, certified, and very caring. I am very satisfied with this company, and would recommend their services to others in need of personal care.
