The success of the Leader in Training (LIT) Program is defined by its ability to produce great leaders. LITs that leave the
program as leaders will be prepared for success in the rest of their lives outside of camp.

This is an unpaid position. Since LITs are minors, they are considered campers. LITs will earn Student Service Learning hours.
