I attended Baradene college in Remuera. being a part of a Catholic school meant that we had live by our religious beliefs which one of them were to care for our elders. from year 11-13 we were appointed to St Patricks rest home to help prepare meals and help with their cleanings etc once a week. from this experience during my colleges years, I have fell in love with the elders at St Patricks and wanted to dedicate my future careers to work alongside rest homes. I work well in a team and I motivate each other to work to our full potential and I contribute to team performances by being a very hands-on person, being supportive and being a trustworthy and reliable team member.
