Since my early teens I have had the opportunity to look after and care for the elderly in my family. As I grew the passion to care for the elderly grew. Although I have only had 3 1/2 years experience, that is only due to getting the right education and certification. I have worked and educated myself to be in this field because I care and I understand that regardless of age/ illness/ disability we all have individualistic needs and requirements to carry on with the ever changing and progressive world. I have currently educated myself and gained qualification into nursing.
