Hi Families, My name is Kelsey and I am a 24 years old, with years of childcare experience behind me. I have worked in a variety of settings such as with families in their homes, at afterschool programs, at daycares, and through volunteer work. I have worked with children as young as 18 months, up to the teenage years. I graduated university with a Familiy Studies and Human Development degree in 2016. Following that, I had 3 jobs. I worked with 2 families as well as at a daycare. A year went by and I decided to become an au pair in NZ, which is where I have been residing for the past 7 months.
