My name is Emma, and I am an American here on a working holiday visa, looking for temporary work (as my visa expires in October of 2024). I adore working and spending time with children, especially helping connect them more to their outdoor environment and support their socio-emotional development. I have over 4 years of experience working with kids ranging from ages 6 mo-10 years old. I minored in education and child development at the University of Washington in the US, where I learned about supporting the socio-emotional development of children 0-8yrs old. My most recent experiences were working as a Substitute Teacher at an outdoor preschool and working as a nanny (during the child's ages 18mo-2.5yrs) in Seattle, WA. As a nanny for this child I also occasionally cared for his younger sister, from ages 6 months to one years old.
