Experienced Early Childhood professional
Recently graduated from Washington State University Vancouver, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Human Development with a certificate in Early Childhood Education. During my studies, I learned the importance of positive interactions with children, how to assess children's needs, and the best practices in early childcare. I am also thoroughly educated in the domains of childhood development ( Aesthetic, Cognitive, Science, Language/Literacy, Physical and Social/Emotional) and how to develop lesson plans around those domains. Over the years I have worked in many preschool rooms, but recently I worked in a preschool as an intern and Substitute teacher. On my off time over the summer I work at a summer camp for children with autism. Working with children is my passion, and I thrive on teaching them and watching them mature and learn.
