| I have been working with seniors and special needs for yrs. I have a extensive experience as a mother, a HSW and I ran a successful Home Care agency for several years.

| I am highly-experienced in breakfast meal preparation, cooking and presentation for customers. Very familiar with food safety and food handling techniques. I have the ability to cook and produce large quantity of food for clients’ groups and the ability to interact with kitchen managers, coworkers and dining room personnel positively. I have cleaned, sanitized and maintained work areas, equipment and supplies. I do have the ability to get up to speed quickly on the job. I have the communication skills to explain my work to others and defend certain approaches while being respectful. Being adaptable and flexible has enabled me to challenge conventional ways of working and learn new and more efficient techniques and diverse work style. While I enjoy working independently, I thrive when working with a team.
