| I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I am a foster family for kittens and cats through a local rescue and a volunteer driver for another rescue group. I have been around dogs my whole life and currently have 3 of my own ranging from small to large, no dog is too small or too big for me, I love them all wholeheartedly. I take in strays all them time and at the moment we have 4 cats.. 2 of which are special needs. Being around animals and taking care of them is my passion. I have no problem at all administering medication and have a lot of experience in this field as well. My young children are following my lead and love them as well and are extremely respectful and comfortable around them.

From a young age I have always been around pets, having 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 horses, turtles and fish, my life has been oriented around my animals. I then took my passion for animals to the next level by becoming a volunteer at the SPCA, where I take part in the cat socialization program. Growing up in the country has allowed me to farm sit various farms such as large dairy barns and beef farms as well as hobby farms with various animals. I have also been a competitive horseback rider for 13 years and have competed in jumping, hunter under saddle, western pleasure and cutting. I am experienced at working with horses and exercising them.

| I do not have children, ####...### the 2 legged kind :) I have had animals my entire life, at the moment I have 4 cats (one is a foster for a cat rescue I work with). I will be studying Zootherapy this summer as I truly believe animals can heal the mind and soul. We need them as much as they need us.
